Invitation to Media Briefing

The UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, Mr. Mohamed Yahya and Heads of UN agencies in Pakistan, invite you to a briefing in honour of United Nations Day, celebrated annually on 24th October around the world. This year, the UN is marking its 80th anniversary.

The briefing will provide an opportunity to discuss various UN programmes and initiatives in Pakistan over the past almost eight decades,  along with an upcoming event that will take place at Alhamra Arts Council, Mall Road, Lahore, on Saturday, 25 October from 15:00 hrs. A Q&A will follow, with refreshments served.
